Description
Rapidly curing liquid coverslip for microplates – 96 well or 384 compatible. Included are 2.5 to 4.5 micron non-bleaching green fluorescent microspheres (ex 450nm/em 490) for rapid autofocus and internal intensity standardization. 20mls. Approximately 10 spheres per 1ox objective field of view. Custom spheres of different colors can be requested for additional charge.
Compatible with any liquid dispenser, auto or manual. Cures at RT in ~ 1 hr. For optimal flatness, add 30ul to 96 well chamber then after 1 min remove excess reagent. Performs best when samples are rinsed with DH2O. Fixed/perm’d cells best.
